ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for Intelligent Automation in sunny San Diego. This hands-on role blends AI, data, and workflow expertise to demonstrate and prove the value of the platform for enterprise customers.

You’ll partner with field teams to design AI-driven solutions, run workshops for executives, and deliver scalable proof-of-concepts while navigating fast-moving environments and evolving capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or customer facing technical roles.
Experience in integrating AI into work processes, workflows, or data-driven insights.
Strong background in data engineering with ingestion, ETL, modeling and analytics.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environment, business challenges, and constraints.
Design and build proof-of-concept solutions that showcase AI, Data, and Workflow integration.
Lead workshops and demonstrations for C-level executives and business stakeholders.
Iterate quickly based on evolving capabilities and customer feedback.
Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
