Job summary

Leaping AI seeks an AI Deployment Strategist to onboard home improvement customers and ensure successful adoption of our voice AI platform. You will own customer success for your accounts, conduct weekly check-ins, and travel roughly twice a month within the US.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business roles, a CS background or strong Python skills, and native English with excellent communication. Remote work is not emphasized; be prepared for field travel and hands-on implementation.

• 2+ years in a business role (consulting, startup, etc.).
• Background in CS or strong Python coding skills.
• Native English language mastery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US.
• Willingness to work hard and be results driven.

Responsibilities

• Create sales demos using our voice AI platform.
• Onboard customers remotely or in person.
• Own customer success for assigned accounts (weekly check-ins).
• Use Python to code specialised scripts as needed.
• Set up Azure cloud functions for deployments.
• Integrate our technology into customer stacks via APIs.
