Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Required).
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS (Required).
• Experience managing customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit (Required).
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices (Required).
• Strong project/program management and multi-stream coordination (Required).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle (Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume).
• Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design workshops and architect solutions across Agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; address blockers and drive measurable value realization.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and hit milestones.
• Build customer solutions using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes.
• Serve as primary customer-facing contact with Government, Nonprofit, and Education customers; build trust and present business value proposals.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management; translate field insights into product feedback for roadmap.
