Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists – Strategic Builders to serve as customer-facing advisors, defining AI strategy and shaping agentic solutions for enterprise clients.

You will own end-to-end engagements throughIdentify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume phases, drive adoption, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution. You will translate field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership or program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and program management skills to run multiple work-streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the complete value lifecycle – Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume – owning outcomes at every stage.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions.
• Manage engagement delivery end-to-end timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identify blockers early, and drive measurable value realization.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and delivery milestones.
• Build real customer solutions using AI tools and coding products.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact with Government, Nonprofit, or Education customers; present business value proposals.
• Assess customer AI readiness and guide change management.
• Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for Salesforce’s Agentic AI platform roadmap.
