Job summary

Altana's AI Deployment team brings the platform into production across government and enterprise customers, shaping discovery, design, and implementation of agentic AI workflows.

As an AI Deployment Strategist, you lead discovery, map current processes, draft prompts and designs, and hand off to engineers while owning the solution's intent through go-live. You’ll partner with sales, success, engineering, ML, and product to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing solutioning or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into delivered solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for executives and operators.
• Structured thinking and product instincts to uncover core problems.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery to map how each customer's work gets done today and identify high-value use cases.
• Design end-to-end agentic AI workflows for engineers to implement.
• Draft prompts, system instructions, and evaluation criteria; prototype concepts.
• Write solution designs and hand off to AI Deployment Engineers, staying involved through go-live.
• Define measurable success and drive adoption with training and business cases.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product to create reusable patterns and guides.
