You will work closely with customer success, sales, and engineering to ensure technical clarity and execution of AI products. Responsibilities include supporting the sales process, conducting customer due diligence, and providing feedback to improve the product. Qualifications

• You have familiarity with enterprise information security concepts and due diligence processes.
• You can explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You have strong keyboard skills and are technically sharp.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by addressing technical product questions.
• Own customer due diligence and improve our DDQ knowledge base.
• Audit reports generated by users and flag issues to engineering.

Skills

Experience prompting and working with LLMs and AI SaaS tools

Strong communicator who is commercially minded

Ability to project manage complex workflows

Technically sharp and eager to level up coding skills
