Altana is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to bring our platform into production within customer environments. You will lead discovery with trade compliance analysts, operations leaders, and IT to map workflows, assess data readiness, and prioritize high-value use cases.

You will design end-to-end agentic AI solutions, draft prompts and system instructions, and hand off detailed designs to AI Deployment Engineers.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer-facing solutioning or advisory roles with design-level scope.
• Track record of turning ambiguous customer problems into delivered solutions with external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for executives and engineers in a single day.
• Product instincts and structured thinking to extract the core problem and deliver incrementally.
• Bias toward repeatable solution patterns for multiple customers.
• Solid understanding of agentic AI systems and where they succeed or fail.
• Hands-on skill with prompt design and evaluation to improve agent outputs.
• Comfort with SQL for data exploration and reading API docs to scope integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery to map customer workflows, data, and readiness; identify impactful use cases.
• Design end-to-end agentic AI workflows and data flows for engineers to implement.
• Draft prompts, system messages, and evaluation criteria for feasible solutions.
• Create solution designs, requirements, and workflow maps; hand off to engineers and stay engaged through go-live.
• Define measurable success and drive adoption through training and enablement.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering to scale reusable patterns.
