In this role, you will build integrated delivery plans, identify blockers, and drive decisions while communicating progress to executives and operators. You will also help translate delivery learnings into repeatable playbooks and tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex enterprise technology deployments.
• Proven track record delivering programs from scope to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude for AI systems, APIs, integrations, and deployment risks.
• Ability to translate priorities into actionable delivery plans with milestones.
• Judgment under ambiguity with risk identification and timely decisions.
• Experience building trust across teams and holding stakeholders to commitments.
• Excellent communication to engage executives, engineers, and operators.
• Commercial awareness of how deployment, adoption, and consumption drive value.
• Practical, repeatable delivery methods while adapting to team needs.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of priority AI initiatives from scoping through deployment, launch, and initial adoption.
• Build and drive an integrated delivery plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and drive decisions to keep delivery moving.
• Lead launch readiness and activation, addressing technical and organizational readiness gaps.
• Define expected outcomes and measurement approaches with customers and account teams; track adoption and value.
• Provide a clear view of delivery health with progress updates, risks, and impact on consumption and revenue timing.
• Improve delivery by turning customer experiences into repeatable playbooks and tools.
