Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate will lead end-to-end implementations for fintech clients, designing data integrations and configuring fraud/AML programs to support investigation workflows.

Responsibilities include developing AI-powered workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering production-ready solutions across multiple projects, with a strong customer-facing focus and ownership mindset.

Formación

• Experience implementing fintech or regtech solutions for B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs.
• Strong API, data integration, and data quality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through go-live and manage timelines.
• Design real-time and batch data integrations with mappings and backfills.
• Configure fraud and AML rules, CRR models, and screening processes.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production.
• Support regulatory workflows like SARs/CTRs and CRR requirements.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production readiness.
• Educate customers and enable self-sufficiency post-implementation.
• Coordinate multiple implementations and manage risks and timelines.
• Create repeatable playbooks and contribute to product improvements.
