Job summary

Within is seeking a Staff Product Designer to act as a force multiplier across our AI-native enterprise product. You will lead complex, ambiguous design work end to end, shaping craft, coupling design and code with engineering, and ensuring a coherent system.

You bring systems thinking, a track record of shipping, and comfort with ambiguity. You\'ll own design systems, mentor teammates, and help ship high-impact experiences at scale in a fast-moving enterprise software environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing complex software.
• Track record of leading ambiguous, high-impact work end to end.
• Portfolio demonstrating enterprise software design.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end, from problem definition to shipped experience.
• Set the systems vision to keep the product coherent as it scales.
• Define how design and code work together with engineering, using AI tooling.
• Own AI-native UX patterns including human-in-the-loop, transparency and trust.
• Ground decisions in user research and measurable outcomes.
• Drive design-system strategy across the product to ensure consistency.
• Level up the team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
