Job summary

3E is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AI) to bridge product intent and engineering execution. You will build AI-enabled delivery systems that surface risk early and automate coordination.

Reporting to the AI Delivery Team Lead, you will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps to improve speed, quality, and predictability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software delivery across multiple teams with accountability for results.
• Proficient with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid approaches and flow metrics.
• Fluent in software development lifecycle concepts, requirements, testing, releases, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation, or data-driven workflows to improve delivery.
• Ability to assess AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgement before action.
• Experience driving change and establishing process discipline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations.
• Located in US Eastern Time Zone, able to collaborate with global teams.
• physically located in ETZ; able to work without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Translate Product intent into clear, testable work with readiness checks and automation.
• Strengthen traceability across requirements, user stories, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes, including lead time, quality, predictability, blocker resolution, and release readiness.
• Identify cross-program dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks early and drive resolution.
• Build and use delivery metrics, including cycle time, lead time, WIP, throughput, quality, and predictability.
• Use forecasting, data, and AI-generated insights to anticipate risks and support proactive decisions.
• Apply AI, automation, and delivery tooling to reduce manual coordination and improve decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps to strengthen delivery alignment and embed governance.
• Create reusable delivery practices, automations, and frameworks across teams and programs.
• Lead teams through changes in tools, processes, expectations, and ways of working.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders with focus on decisions and outcomes.
