Job summary

3E is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AI) to bridge product intent and engineering execution. You will transform how we ship software by combining technical leadership, program ownership, and change management to improve speed, quality, and predictability across programs.

You will report to the AI Delivery Team Lead and help build AI-enabled delivery systems that surface risk early, automate coordination, and embed governance into release-readiness processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software delivery initiatives across multiple teams and programs.
• Experience applying Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid approaches with flow metrics.
• Technical fluency across the SDLC, including CI/CD concepts and production support.

Responsibilities

• Translate Product intent into clear, testable, executable work with readiness checks and automation.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes including lead time, quality, and release readiness.
• Build and use delivery metrics to guide decisions about scope, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Lead teams through changes in tools, processes, and expectations, embedding governance into release-readiness processes.
• Communicate delivery progress and risks clearly to senior stakeholders.
