Job summary

ECI is seeking a Program Manager (AI Adoption Service) to lead client-facing delivery across AI adoption engagements. You will own day-to-day execution, coordinate cross-workstream activity, manage RAID, and ensure governance, readiness, and measurable business outcomes.

Hybrid/remote role based in the United States, with travel to client sites as needed. You will partner with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders, drive adoption, and deliver executive-ready status updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a client-facing Project Manager, Program Manager, or delivery lead.
• Proven success owning day-to-day project execution, including scope, schedule, communications, RAID, and deliverables tracking.
• Strong experience acting as the operational point person across internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange, with familiarity in Copilot concepts.
• Proficiency with PM tooling (MS Project, Planner, Teams, Excel) and disciplined meeting/action/document hygiene.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to evolving client priorities, and maintain delivery momentum.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan across workstreams and milestones.
• Drive weekly priorities, coordinate deliverables, and follow up on open actions.
• Serve as client lead for execution; facilitate sessions and status reviews.
• Coordinate delivery across internal SMEs and client resources spanning security, data readiness, and adoption.
• Own the delivery calendar for workshops, trainings, and reporting deliverables.
• Produce weekly status updates and executive readouts with risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Maintain RAID logs, action registers, and change control aligned with the SOW.
• Keep teams aligned on priorities, owners, and timelines; ensure closure of action items.
