EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud-enabled solutions across Technology sector clients. You will translate objectives into designs and roadmaps, oversee delivery, and coach teams to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.

The role requires strong PM, stakeholder management, and experience with generative AI, MLOps, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Qualifications

6+ years in technology consulting or AI engineering.
Experience leading teams on enterprise AI/data projects.
Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures and AI governance.

Responsibilities

Manage workstreams within AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.
Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting.
Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and the development of reusable assets and accelerators.
Coach team members and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
