Qualifications

• Five years or more of technical engineering background.
• At least two years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles.
• Proven history steering multi-team projects (5+ FTE).
• Advanced solution architecture with hands-on AI (Agentic AI).
• Python scripting skills with fundamentals of AI tech.
• Experience in both Project and Delivery Management across various projects.
• Direct involvement with Digital Project Management work.
• Delivery Management in cloud infrastructure contexts.
• Exposure to Digital Marketing Project Management and campaigns.
• Strong English, minimum B2 proficiency.
• Product Manager certification is a plus (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Carry projects from kickoff to delivery, aligning with broader aims.
• Serve as the central communication bridge among internal groups and external collaborators.
• Set realistic deadlines, milestones, and resource distribution.
• Monitor multiple ongoing efforts, flag risks and fixes as needed.
• Lead routine progress meetings and report to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Nurture client relationships to stay aligned with changing demands and outcomes.
• Supervise cross-functional teams, fostering ownership and accountability.
• Adjust scope, budget, and schedule as conditions evolve.
• Identify process improvements and more effective practices across engagements.
• Help colleagues troubleshoot and remove blockers to efficiency.
• Uphold consistent quality measures at every stage of delivery.
• Provide input on team composition to meet project needs.
