Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager with substantial AI expertise to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep programs aligned with business priorities and ensure timely delivery.

You will shape planning, manage multi-team efforts, negotiate scope and schedules, and foster ownership while safeguarding quality benchmarks across delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of technical engineering experience.
• Two-plus years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner capacities.
• Proven track record managing multi-team projects with five or more full-time staff.
• Deep knowledge of solution architecture and AI concepts such as Agentic AI.
• Strong Python scripting and basic AI technology understanding.
• Experience in Digital Project Management and cloud infrastructure.
• Fluent English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Guide initiatives from inception through completion with business value in mind.
• Act as a bridge between internal departments and external partners across projects.
• Plan milestones, deadlines, and resource distribution.
• Monitor concurrent work streams, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Lead regular check-ins and report progress to leadership.
• Nurture client relationships to adapt to evolving requirements.
• Direct multi-functional teams and promote ownership.
• Renegotiate boundaries, budgets, and schedules as needed.
• Identify improvement areas and implement stronger delivery practices.
• Help colleagues overcome blockers and maintain output.
• Ensure quality benchmarks at every delivery stage.
• Contribute to staffing decisions and team composition.
