Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Senior Manager in the United States to lead strategy engagements for AI and data transformations across client organizations. You will drive vision, build trusted advisor relationships, and define scalable data foundations and AI platforms.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise data strategy, talent planning, and responsible AI, with opportunities to shape multi-year roadmaps and business cases for AI-first initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy
• Minimum of 7 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
• Minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or related function
• Master’s degree (bonus) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention
• Build client relationships as trusted advisor for AI and data integration
• Define and structure an AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI technologies for growth
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization including platform blueprint and operating model
• Create business case, investment profile, and roadmap including revenue upside and cost takeout
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and foster innovation
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI solutions
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities
