Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Decision Science Consultant in California to leverage advanced analytics, ML, and AI to build decision-making systems. You will collaborate with global teams, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and drive AI initiatives while communicating complex findings to diverse stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical skills, travel up to 80%, and ability to engage clients and drive value across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics initiatives/programs.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to execute projects.
• Bridge between business and technical domains for internal and external purposes.
• Engage with business and analytics stakeholders to understand needs and build relationships.
• Support the sales process by contributing to sales solutioning for DS & ML opportunities.
• Develop and customize DS / ML / AI / Analytics models for business problems.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s network with strategy, consulting, and tech teams in sales and delivery.
• Identify AI use cases and create business case, ROI, and transformation roadmap.
• Advise on adoption of responsible AI solutions and governance, training users and tracking results.
