• 2+ years closing complex SaaS deals requiring multi-stakeholder alignment.
• Proven track record of internal promotion at a high-growth company.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to navigate enterprise buying cycles and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for AI & Data Cloud by managing full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge vision and execution.
• Maintain rigorous discipline in Salesforce to forecast revenue and hit quotas.
• Become SME on Rippling’s Data Cloud and our competitive positioning.
• Challenge the status quo; fix processes when you see a broken approach.
