Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in the United States is seeking a Service Specialist - AI Data Center to drive IT services sales through a consultative approach with enterprise customers in network and data center environments.

You will partner with business leaders, orchestrate opportunities, and coordinate with Solution Architects and pre-sales teams to develop quotes and winning proposals while delivering end-to-end service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
• 5-7 years' experience selling IT services with a proven track record.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience specifically in selling IT services.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with IT service delivery lifecycle and methodologies.
• Understanding and knowledge of IT trends and business needs.
• Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships.
• Ability to design in-depth, complex technical solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology and its business application.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives.
• Drive opportunities and deals by coordinating with the right people and expertise.
• Focus on increasing IT services revenue.
• Provide oversight for pre-sales deals with solution architects and post-sales team as needed.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineering to develop final quotes and proposals.
• Attend customer strategy meetings to understand business and tech strategies.
• Advise peers on future technology and services.
• Research technology and promote Computacenter offerings.
• Engage in and manage customer demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Play a pivotal role in end-to-end delivery to the client.
