Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Services Architect for AI Data Center programs in the US. The role focuses on translating customer requirements into scalable Professional Services solutions across discovery, design, estimation, SOW development, and delivery handoff.

The successful candidate will lead multi-site deployments, coordinate with solution architects, and drive scalable delivery models for large AI Data Center programs with strong commercial oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Services architecture and presales.
• Background in data center, hyperscale, or AI infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end services architecture.
• Design deployment scopes, labor models, and schedules.
• Support RFQs/RFPs, proposals, and SOW reviews.
• Own handoff from presales to delivery and ensure scope alignment.
