Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Services Architect for AI Data Center programs in the U.S.

The role focuses on translating complex customer requirements into scalable professional services solutions and managing end-to-end delivery from discovery to transition. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Professional Services architecture for data centers, with strong skills in aligning technical designs, SOWs, and delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in Professional Services architecture or related field.
• Experience with data center consulting and large-scale deployments.
• Ability to translate architecture into delivery plans and SOWs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Services Specialist to develop Professional Services opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand scope, deployment model, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end services architecture and delivery plan.
• Design services spanning onsite deployment, rack integration, fiber, and storage.
• Develop scopes of work, labor models, schedules, and responsibility matrices.
• Support estimating by defining labor assumptions and delivery risk.
• Create scalable delivery models for multi-site AI Data Center programs.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to align technical architecture and scope.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and commercial exposure before contract signature.
• Support RFQs, workshops, and SOW reviews; defend services solution.
• Own the handoff from presales into delivery and ensure scope is understood.
