Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Service Specialist - AI Data Center to grow and strengthen customer relationships in enterprise infrastructure services.

You will partner with business leaders, drive IT services opportunities, and oversee pre-sales and post-sales activities with Solution Architects and delivery teams. You will articulate strategy in customer meetings and promote Computacenter's offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
• 5-7 years' experience selling IT services with a proven track record of success.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience selling IT services.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with IT service delivery lifecycle and methodologies.
• Understanding of IT trends and business needs.
• Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships.
• Ability to design in-depth, complex technical solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology and its business application.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for large audiences.

Responsibilities

About the role

The IT Services Sales Consultants are empowered to grow and improve customer relationships. They work to find opportunities within their current customer base and find the benefits from the several marketing activities sponsored by Computacenter to grow their book of business. They engage face-to-face with customers through a consultative sales approach to develop business plans to satisfy the needs of the customer. This role is focused on network and data center enterprise infrastructure services.
