Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to oversee daily infrastructure, including NVIDIA GPU clusters and associated networking. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and interconnects in a high-availability environment.

The role requires Linux administration basics, strong hardware knowledge, and the ability to work in a 24x7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends. A Bachelor's degree and prior data center experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/engineering or related field.
• Experience in Data Center operations or hardware maintenance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of server hardware architectures and NICs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center infrastructure for high availability and stable service operation.
• Install, rack and stack, cabling, and troubleshoot AI/HPC cluster infrastructure (NVIDIA B300, GPU and x86 servers).
• Monitor health of servers, GPUs, storage, and networking devices; perform firmware upgrades and diagnostics.
