Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company seeks an AI Creative Technologist to lead agentic AI systems for our creative teams in Overland Park, KS. You will design, build, and govern AI workflows that empower copywriters, designers, and video artists.

You will administer AI tools, perform prompt engineering, and maintain a rigorous quality process to ensure brand safety and ethical use. Collaborate with marketing leaders to unlock AI-driven value while upholding Colgate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, HCI, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience with Python for tools and integrations.
• Proven ability applying AI to solve creative or business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain agentic AI systems and workflows for the creative team.
• Serve as admin and SME for all AI tools used by Strategic Creative Services.
• Provide prompt engineering to guide AI systems toward outcomes.
• Establish quality control for AI systems/content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and ethics.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing leaders to identify AI opportunities.
• Train/mentor teams on best practices for AI tools.
• Stay current on generative AI, LLMs, and creative tech; advise the business.
