Job summary

Skill is seeking a Consultant of Creative AI & Innovation Enablement in Chicago to lead the intersection of creative craft, technology, and business transformation. You will define how teams leverage AI, automation, and modular design to deliver high-impact work efficiently and safely.

You will bridge creative, engineering, and leadership, evaluating tools, piloting pilots, and establishing governed, repeatable workflows for a global creative ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving creative technology initiatives and design operations.
• Strong familiarity with Generative AI workflows.
• Knowledge of modern creative production ecosystems (DAM, CMS).
• Experience building curriculum and conducting workshops.
• Ability to analyze usage data and show business impact.
• Collaborative, cross-functional partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the enablement strategy for Generative AI and creative automation.
• Scout, evaluate, and pilot SaaS tools, platforms, and AI models.
• Partner with technology leadership to integrate with Design Systems, DAM, and CMS.
• Audit workflows to improve speed, scale, and consistency.
• Establish KPIs and ROI insights for executive leadership.
