Job summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition, part of Colgate-Palmolive, is seeking an AI Creative Technologist to embed AI into our creative workflows. You will bridge creative execution and technical application by deploying AI tools and agentic systems for copywriters, designers, and video artists.

Design and maintain AI workflows, admin AI platforms, provide prompt engineering, ensure brand-consistent content, and mentor the creative team while staying current with advances in generative AI and large language

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
5+ years in a technology-focused role
Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM workflows
Python or scripting for tool integrations
Experience applying AI to creative/business problems

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems and workflows for creatives
Administer AI tools and platforms for the Strategic Creative Services team
Provide prompt engineering and guidance for AI systems
Establish quality control for AI-powered content and brand consistency
Partner with leadership to identify AI-driven business opportunities in creative processes
Train and mentor creative team on AI tools
Stay current with generative AI and large language models
