Job summary

Skill, a forward-thinking organization, seeks a Consultant of Creative AI & Innovation Enablement to drive generative AI adoption across creative and operations teams. You will blend creative craft with technology, shaping scalable workflows, governance, and training programs to accelerate high-quality output.

You will evaluate tools, design pilot programs, and partner with design systems, DAM, and CMS leaders to implement modular, safe AI-enabled processes while aligning with brand and ethics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving creative technology initiatives, digital production transformation, or design operations.
• Experience with Generative AI workflows is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build curriculum and run hands-on workshops for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching enablement strategy for Generative AI and creative automation.
• Audit and optimize creative workflows for speed, scale, and consistency.
• Develop scalable workflows, playbooks, prompts, and templates for day-to-day operations.
• Train and enable internal teams; curate external training resources and certifications.
• Establish governance around responsible AI, IP, accessibility, and data privacy.
