Qualifications

• Strong creative judgment to evaluate and elevate creative work.
• Deep fluency with generative AI across creative mediums (imagery, video, voiceover).
• Hands-on experience with leading AI/creative tools (Adobe, Google, Jasper, Claude, Synthesia).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative judgment and AI tool mastery.

Responsibilities

• Direct concept development and establish creative direction across projects.
• Shape organizational thinking about AI's role in creative work and where it adds value.
• Develop new creative approaches enabled by AI capabilities.
• Produce polished professional content at multiple scales.
