Job summary

iFIT’s AI-powered growth engine is seeking an AI Creative Strategist to drive paid acquisition for the iFIT app. You will decide which ads to create, build them with AI tools, and iterate weekly based on results with channel managers across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.

In this role you’ll ship ads weekly, craft tests and scales, and help build the AI production pipeline so one person can produce at the volume of a small team while maintaining brand guardrails and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in performance creative, strategy or growth marketing with direct ownership of paid social or app acquisition.
• A portfolio of ads with results showing what won and why.
• Hands-on use of AI production tools with examples.
• Proficiency in standard design and video editing software.
• Ad copywriting experience: hooks and on-screen text with results.
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads creative formats.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Turn audience insight, performance data and market trends into hooks, angles, offers and concepts for app acquisition.
• Own the creative testing roadmap with the Director of UA: what to test, in what order, and what we expect to learn.
• Write acquisition messaging and copy for ads, app store creative and paid landing pages, within brand guidelines.
• Produce static, video and UGC-style ads yourself, using AI image, video, voice and editing tools alongside standard design software.
• Create variants at volume: formats, lengths, hooks, languages and sizes for each platform.
• Brief and manage freelancers, UGC creators and vendors when work needs more capacity or higher craft.
• Use AI within iFIT's policies on AI use, data privacy and intellectual property, including rights to likenesses, music and trainer content.
