iFIT is building an AI-powered fitness app and is hiring an AI Creative Strategist to run the creative engine behind paid acquisition. You will decide what ads to make, create them with AI tools, monitor results, and iterate weekly with Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads.

You will own the testing cadence, manage freelancers, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines while using data to scale winners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in performance creative or growth marketing with ownership of paid social or app acquisition creative.
• Hands-on use of AI production tools for image, video and editing with demonstrable workflows.
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads creative formats.

Aufgaben

• Turn audience insight, performance data and market trends into hooks, angles, offers and concepts for app acquisition.
• Own the creative testing roadmap with the Director of UA: what to test, in what order, and what we expect to learn.
• Write acquisition messaging and copy for ads, app store creative and paid landing pages, within brand guidelines.
