Job summary

Parallel is seeking an AI Commercial Counsel, GTM to shape the legal foundation of an AI infrastructure company. You will partner with Sales and GTM to structure and close complex enterprise deals, while building scalable contracting systems.

You will design templates, playbooks, and processes that enable responsible growth, and guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships to ensure trust as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Comfort advising business partners directly.
• Interest in AI and scalable contracting systems.

You will design templates, playbooks, and processes that enable responsible growth, and guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships to ensure trust as the business scales.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of commercial contracting experience, is comfortable owning enterprise SaaS negotiations, and enjoys advising business partners directly. You are a builder at heart—curious about AI, collaborative, and eager to help establish and evolve the legal function from the ground up.
