Parallel Web Systems is seeking a seasoned lawyer to help shape the legal foundations of a fast-growing AI company. You will partner with Sales and GTM teams to structure and close complex enterprise deals, while building scalable contracting systems and templates.

You will guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships, ensuring trust as the business scales and collaborates across functions with judgment and curiosity about AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Experience owning enterprise SaaS negotiations.
• Advising business partners directly to drive deals.
