Parallel is a web infrastructure company building AI-powered tools. We’re seeking a lawyer to shape the legal foundation of our fast-growing business, owning enterprise SaaS negotiations and partnering with Sales and GTM teams to close complex deals. You’ll design templates, playbooks, and processes to scale contracting and guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships. This in-person role is based between our Palo Alto HQ and San Francisco office.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection frameworks.
