Parallel Web Systems is seeking a seasoned lawyer to help shape the legal foundations of a fast-growing AI company. You will partner with Sales and GTM teams to structure and close complex enterprise deals, while building scalable contracting systems and templates.

You will guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships, ensuring trust as the business scales and collaborates across functions with judgment and curiosity about AI.

Qualificações

5+ years of commercial contracting experience.
Experience owning enterprise SaaS negotiations.
Advising business partners directly to drive deals.

Help shape the legal foundation of a fast-growing AI company. You’ll partner closely with Sales and GTM teams to structure and close complex enterprise deals while building the systems that make contracting faster and more scalable. Along the way, you’ll design the templates, playbooks, and processes that enable the company to grow responsibly. You’ll also guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships, ensuring trust as the business scales.

You

You’re a lawyer who enjoys building, not just reviewing. With 5+ years of commercial contracting experience, you’re comfortable owning enterprise SaaS negotiations and advising business partners directly. You bring sound judgment, curiosity about AI, and a collaborative style that helps teams move quickly without cutting corners. Most importantly, you’re excited to help build the legal function early and shape how it supports the company as it grows.
