O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Manager, AI Enablement to establish an operating model for AI governance, standards, and delivery. You will coordinate AI initiatives across technology, security, Legal, risk, and business teams to drive automation and AI-enabled transformation.

The role leads a global enablement team, builds scalable AI capabilities, and ensures compliant, value-driven AI adoption across the enterprise. This on-site Springfield, MO role requires strong leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and develop talent in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, governance, privacy, and security practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions while balancing risk and value.
• Experience establishing standards and enablement practices for AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance framework with Legal, GRC, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Oversee centralized AI intake and portfolio management across the organization.
• Drive federated AI adoption with platform standards and pattern governance.
• Define AI platform patterns, evaluation requirements, and controls in coordination with architecture and security teams.
• Lead the development of repeatable enablement and delivery patterns for enterprise AI platforms.
• Identify automation opportunities and align with business priorities.
• Lead AI use-case discovery and communicate benefits, risks, and limitations.
• Define AI identity, access, and security requirements for agents and integrations.
• Monitor AI usage, licensing, and cost trends with FinOps partners.
• Maintain a catalog of approved AI use cases and production services.
