Job summary

Micas Networks seeks a Strategic Account Manager to grow business at top AI/cloud accounts targeting data center switch opportunities. This role requires a self-starter mindset and a proven track record of expanding engagements with key customers.

You will partner with pre-sales and engineering to craft customized product offerings and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with cloud service providers, hyperscalers and datacenter customers.
• Experience with networking switch-based products. Server and storage experience a bonus.
• Contacts within target accounts and networked with key players.
• Ability to work in a start-up environment.
• Strong creative, self-starting and positive attitude attributes.
• Passion for adventure.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales objectives and quotas at assigned accounts.
• Build engagements with customers and generate new opportunities.
• Understand market requirements and insights for new business opportunities.
• Track and maintain opportunity tracker, technical challenges and design-win milestones.
• Work with pre-sales and engineering to build customized product offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
