Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Net New Cloud Sales (Infrastructure or Software) in the B2B Enterprise market.

Responsibilities

• Executing a global outbound prospecting strategy to generate high-quality pipeline and drive new logo acquisitions across targeted verticals and regions
• Operating with urgency, intensity, and ownership— dedicating the majority of weekly focus outbound initiatives that accelerate top-of-funnel growth
• Designing, executing, and refining multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) with personalized messaging and data-driven optimization to improve conversion rates
• Owning the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement through deal closure, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Akamai's go-to-market strategy
• Developing a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI computing, and emerging technologies while collaborating closely with peers and leadership to ensure consistent execution and measurable results
