Job summary

Circana is seeking a Client Success Specialist- AI in the United States (Remote). You will support Emiri client deployments, bridging product support, user experience, and development.

You will investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, coach commercial teams, and manage communications between users and product teams. The role requires 5+ years in data analytics client support, strong problem-solving, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client support for data analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Familiarity with Circana tools including Unify+ and AI model/configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply a voice of customer lens to feedback and issues to surface enhancements.
• Identify root causes and triage between features, bugs, and user education.
• Coach commercial teams on Liquid AI configurations and support client meetings/demos.
• Support setup, configuration, and QA of client models.
• Improve support processes, tools, and user education materials.
• Communicate guidance and resolutions clearly to users and teams.
• Test enhancements or fixes before release to ensure expected behavior.
• Document bugs and feature requests for the development team.
