Circana seeks an Engagement Lead to drive Liquid AI deployments across diverse clients, building trusted executive relationships and ensuring measurable business outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, govern delivery, and guide change management for sustainable value realization.

The role requires strong leadership, deep AI expertise, and the ability to partner with IT, data and governance teams while delivering on-time results in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience sponsoring and leading enterprise client engagements.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and deployments.
• Ability to engage with IT, data architecture, and AI governance teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Leadership of diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• 5+ years as an Engagement Manager or similar in consulting.
• CPG/retail industry knowledge is a plus.
• MBA/IT/Data Science master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, initiate, and lead the overall client engagement strategy for AI deployments, serving as the executive sponsor and senior trusted advisor accountable for business outcomes, technical integration, adoption, and long-term value realization.
• Lead and direct cross-functional deployment teams, setting vision, operating model, priorities, and governance to launch and scale client initiatives.
• Advise clients on AI deployment best practices and integration.
• Oversee deployment lifecycle from sale to successful deployment and transition to post-deployment support.
• Conduct needs assessments and strategic planning sessions to understand client requirements.
• Manage deployment timelines, solution revenue, and resource allocation, including KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to align goals.
• Guide adoption via change management principles.
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders as primary communications contact.
• Foster continuous improvement and scale across deployment teams.
