Job summary

Circana is seeking a Client Service Consultant to lead client relationships and ensure flawless delivery of content and restatements. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive client satisfaction while identifying new service opportunities.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and presentation skills, with remote work options in the United States and a compensation range of $70K–$76K.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive experience in client services or equivalent.
• Experience with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
• Experience with syndicated POS/panel data in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytic and quantitative abilities; problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Lead presentations and strategic, actionable client answers.
• Coordinate solutions across multiple Circana functions (e.g., CI, Analytics, Technology).
• Lead and develop a high-performing client services team; drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
