Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-level change management strategies for AI platform adoption across federal agencies.
• Conduct change impact assessments identifying stakeholders, processes, and systems.
• Analyze readiness and address resistance, capability gaps, and cultural barriers.
• Design and deliver end-user training programs including workshops and online learning.
• Plan roadshows and stakeholder engagement activities to build awareness for AI capabilities.
• Create communication plans ensuring timely, relevant information throughout the change journey.
• Develop training materials such as guides, quick reference cards, videos, and job aids.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and co-create adoption strategies.
• Build change champion networks to drive grassroots adoption.
• Establish adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure engagement and proficiency.
