Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive user adoption and organizational transformation as our AI platform expands across federal environments.

You will develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and design training programs for diverse user groups, ensuring smooth adoption while coordinating with Product Management and leadership. A Secret/TS clearance will be required for certain positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in change management or related fields.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide change management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-level change management strategies supporting AI platform adoption across federal agencies and security domains.
• Conduct change impact assessments identifying affected stakeholders, processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• Analyze organizational readiness and develop mitigation strategies addressing resistance, capability gaps, and cultural barriers.
• Design and deliver end user training programs, including hands-on workshops, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning materials.
• Plan and execute roadshows, demonstration events, and stakeholder engagement activities building awareness and excitement for AI capabilities.
• Create communication plans ensuring stakeholders receive timely, relevant information throughout the change journey.
