Qualifications

• Strong interest in AI policy, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to work onsite 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support strategies that promote the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
• Analyze, develop, and implement AI policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor and maintain awareness of key developments in AI regulations, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Assess emerging AI and data policy trends and provide recommendations for organizational adoption.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI policy and governance issues.
• Support and deliver client engagements related to AI policy, strategy, and governance.
• Engage with government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders to understand evolving policy requirements.
• Identify and help mitigate AI-related risks through effective governance and oversight practices.
• Present and communicate AI policy recommendations and organizational perspectives to clients and stakeholders.
• Promote alignment between AI initiatives, organizational values, legal requirements, and mission objectives.
