Job summary
Next Ventures is seeking an ACM Consultant (Adoption & Change Management) for a 6+ month contract to drive adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot across a large organisation in Germany. The role is 100% remote but candidates must be based in Germany, with fluency in German and English.
You will partner with technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in ACM
- Experience supporting large-scale migration
- Proven ACM programs in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies; PROSCI certification preferred
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption experience
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI agent adoption
- Led Digital Transformation initiatives focused on culture change and AI adoption
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver ACM strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Create training and enablement materials for AI adoption.
- Lead workshops, office hours, and stakeholder sessions.
- Lead Champion and Agent programmes to drive adoption.
- Execute campaigns to promote AI usage.
- Support rollout planning with persona-based adoption activities.
- Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to support adoption workstreams.
- Contribute to AI culture transformation.
