Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Copilot Adoption Specialist to scale Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the enterprise. You will translate evolving Copilot capabilities into practical business scenarios and contribute to a scalable enablement model that supports continued expansion of Copilot across the organization.

You will report to the Manager, User Experience & Collaboration and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, communications.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting user adoption, training, or enablement at scale.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, practical guidance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot integration across apps.
• Experience driving customer success and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Track Copilot capabilities and map to enterprise use cases.
• Support and expand Copilot champion program across departments.
• Lead Center of Excellence activities and use case sharing.
• Collaborate with partners to improve productivity and adoption.
• Develop adoption metrics, governance, and reporting tied to value.
• Create standardized enablement materials and guides.
• Grow Copilot usage across departments and link feedback loops.
• Build relationships with champions and partners for continuous improvement.
