Job summary

You will partner with architects and delivery teams to identify moments that matter in daily work and translate insights into scalable Copilot scenarios across roles and business contexts. The role focuses on durable capability and confidence, guiding adoption through enablement programs, communications, and activities like

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Experience leading enablement, adoption, or change management efforts.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Prosci certification or formal change management training.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, or AI‑enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform for workflows/AI experiences.
• Ability to translate objectives into practical enablement strategies.
• Consultative mindset across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Copilot, agent, AI or Power Platform certifications.
• Exposure to governance, security, or responsible AI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Enable clients to build new AI-powered capabilities by leading design‑led thinking sessions.
• Translate insights into repeatable Copilot and agent scenarios across roles and workflows.
• Partner with architects to ensure scalable Copilot implementations and operating models.
• Design and execute enablement strategies that empower daily use beyond training.
• Develop communication and enablement experiences, including Prompt‑a‑thons and workshops.
• Create playbooks, prompt libraries, and internal enablement sites for ongoing use.
• Assess readiness, engage stakeholders, and remove barriers to capability development.
• Define success metrics and use outcomes to continuously refine enablement.
