Job summary

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG is seeking a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator to own and manage the Microsoft 365 tenant in a multinational enterprise environment. You will oversee identity, security, collaboration services, and governance of Copilot across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large or global environment.
• Hands-on experience building and operating Microsoft 365 solutions including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Administrator for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID and administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and M365 Apps
• Manage tenant-wide configuration, updates, service health, and lifecycle as well as oversee global licensing and service enablement
• Administer Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including licensing and tenant settings, ensuring compliance with data protection
• Act as escalation point for complex or global issues
• Work with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support/partners
