Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors seeks an AI Business Partner to embed AI across business units, identifying high-value use cases and delivering practical AI solutions. You will rotate across departments, translate workflows into AI-enabled processes, and measure impact with clear KPIs.

You will work with the Innovation team within the AI Academy framework, leveraging the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and evolving tools as the firm expands its AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in financial services or asset management.
• Experience designing technology solutions with security and data governance in mind.
• Deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Embed within an assigned business unit to scope AI use cases and rotate across departments.
• Define measurable success and track AI initiative benefits.
• Build intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability.
• Coach business users in prompt engineering and effective AI tool usage.
