Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an AI Business Partner to embed AI across business units, turning workflow pain points into practical Copilot-powered solutions. You will rotate across departments, carrying proven patterns and scaling successful implementations.

You’ll measure impact with KPI-backed metrics, collaborate with AI champions, and drive adoption while ensuring safe, responsible AI use within the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to map business processes to AI opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience with change management and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Embed within an assigned business unit to discover, scope, and prioritise AI use cases and rotate to new departments.
• Define practical measures of success with clear KPIs and benefits.
• Design and build intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and M365.
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their fit for the firm’s toolkit.
• Create value cases linking AI solutions to measurable business benefits and KPIs.
